So you're busy recording your latest album, and you've got a few free hours to spare. So what do you do? Record a couple of tracks for a single release, of course! Vangelis must have had a decent contract with Polydor, because there are a few one-off singles Vangelis did while under contract there, with Polydor releasing these tracks. Peter Marsh provided the vocals on tracks from Vangelis' See You Later (1980). While that album has a certain dark mood to it, these two tracks are purely pop. The tracks are "Don't Be Foolish/Doesn't Matter", released in 1980 as well. If you know anything about Mr. Marsh, please write to me, because I really would like to know some more about him, as he seems to have disappeared after his work with Vangelis. The Dutch single is the most common release, and should be found in the $10 range. The other issues are less common, and you'll pay at least twice that if you buy it from somebody who makes the connection to Vangelis.
