RECENT VIDEO RELEASES (click cover in this column to be taken to a retailer selling this title) El Greco: How amazing that Vangelis and Iannis Smaragdis, who worked so beautifully together on the film Kavafis would reunite and create a monster of a film in Greece, with huge sales at the box office! Now it is available as a region 2 DVD in Greece only. Released in a deluxe 2 DVD set by Audio Visual Entertainment ST 00095 Theodore and the Double Barrel Shotgun: This amazing film from 1962, which shows the first filmed performance of The Forminx and a very young Vangelis without a beard, can now be bought as a region 2 DVD from Greece! Absolutely incredible, this comedy about an over-protective father is released by Finos Film F126 Blade Runner-The Final Cut: This has been released in so many different ways since December 2007, when fans finally got the dream set they have been waiting for all these years. Look for the 5 DVD sets which includes 5 different versions of the film plus tons of supplemental material. The picture shown is the US 5 DVD Ultimate Collector's Edition, on Warner Bros. Home Video 114484 De Nuremberg A Nuremberg: This Vangelis-scored Frederic Rossif documentary from 1989 has finally been released on DVD in France. This is the 3 hour edited version, which includes 2 supplimental DVDs of interviews with historians and an additional documentary (not done by Rossif) about concentration camp survivors. In French, PAL, region 2, released by Editions Montparnasse.
